Dextera only asks for access that matches features you turn on. You can skip most things at setup and enable them later.
App lock (no Accessibility)
Dextera does not use an Accessibility service.
App lock (Pro) requires biometrics when you open a locked app from Dextera (home, search, etc.). It does not intercept apps opened from the system Recents screen or other launchers.
Photos and files

Dextera does not ask for SMS or call-log access. Verification codes come from notifications, not your SMS inbox.
Dextera does not use Accessibility services.

- Inside Dextera: Settings toggles, and Search → Add folder for file locations
Privacy
